We offer Aqua Exercise, American Red Cross 1‑on‑1 Swim Lessons, Stroke Technique Training taught by a Certified Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Boxing, Spinning, Pilates, and Pre & Post‑Natal H2O fitness.
